  • This driver saw faster traffic approaching in the left lane, signaled and changed lanes to the right so the faster traffic could pass. Thank You so much! Have a great day!

  • This idiot was dogging the left lane by going slower than traffic on the right...looked like he was playing video games on his cell phone or texting while "driving". Pay attention to the road or please pull your starter Bimmer over.

  • It was raining and the roads were wet on 123 northbound near Lorton. The driver of this SUV doesn't know that right on red means you're allowed to proceed WHEN THERE IS NO TRAFFIC COMING. She pulled right out in front of me and did not accelerate, causing me to have to hit my brakes hard to avoid hitting her. Why don't people realize that "right on red" means go when its safe, not whenever you feel like it?

  • I was driving down 291 right before the Cleveland Street intersection and I was about to get into the left lane to turn onto Cleveland. I was about to get over when I noticed a white minivan flying in the median around me so I beeped at them for cutting me off. They then flew around me and completely slammed on the brakes in the middle of the lane for no reason. I had to SLAM on my brakes and i almost couldn't stop. I had to swerve to the right a little bit and I was less than an inch away from them once I finally was able to stop. FUCKING ASSHOLE. They then proceeded to flick me off and I called the local police. I hope they catch this bastard.

  • I was on 128S this morning just past the route 93 ramps. I was cruising along in the left lane when I see this truck come into the lane next to me, directly next to my car, and then continue on directly into my car in the left lane. I leaned on the horn, slammed the brakes and swerved into the left shoulder (very grateful I wasn't just up against a guardrail). The bastard didn't even look to see if the lane was open, didn't swerve back into the middle lane after I beeped. If there was no left shoulder to the highway, I'd probably be dead. He gets in front of me and floors it to tailgate the person in front of him. Scared the crap out of me and left me shaking. Driving that way is going to get someone killed - let's just hope it's Mr. Asshole who bites it.

  • Very dangerous and incredibly stupid driver. Traveling on Nursery St and this SUV was behind me. The speed limit is 25 mph on this road and there is no passing (double yellow lines on the entire road). Apparently I was going much to slow at 30 mph so the fool began tailgating and then passed me on a hill. I do so enjoy starting the day with idiots on the road....

It was erratic and scary. When you do the math, you learn that driving like that gets you there about 30 seconds sooner. Then, if you have to wait for a pedestrian when you get there, it was all for nothing.

FED UP WITH LITTER!   Wednesday, May 07, 2008

I was sitting behind a car and one lane over and watched this idiot woman throw garbage out of her car and onto the road.  She didn't even care that all these people were around her waiting for the light to change.  She was in a red Sebring with the plate number LUV2HATE.  It was a convertible so the top was down but the windows were up.  She started to throw it over the window but stopped and rolled the window down a bit and shoved it out the side.  The garbage fell to the ground and the wind took it around the back of her car and there it sat in the street for everyone to run over.  What a total pig.  It was a beautiful car but once I saw her actions it took away from the classy and turned trashy.

Windshield Mount Laws?   Wednesday, May 07, 2008

Hey. I'm moving to Minnesota in a few days, a long trip in my old car... anyway, I have mounts low on my windshield for my cellphone/GPS and RD. As I understand it, Minnesota has some sort of law restricting what you can mount there. Is this something that would be a possible primary violation? Or is it something they're just likely to ticket me for if they pull me over for something else? Anyway, I really don't have any other practical, safe alternatives to mounting on the windsheild, since my dash doesn't offer secure mounting positions, and anything free can slide around and become an additional danger or distraction. It's also dangerous to mount my GPS anywhere that I have to take my eyes off the road to glance at it. Does anyone else have any experience with finding other, legal ways of mounting electronics in MN or CA?

OT - Air Fare   Tuesday, May 06, 2008

    Ok, I've got a vacation scheduled for the last week of July and the 1st 2 weeks of August.  Last Thursday, I made my round-trip flight reservations from Vegas to Traverse City, MI. and back.  Total price - $480.  Then, on Sunday, just for the helluvit, I revisited the airline's website to price the SAME trip...same flights, days, times, etc.  SURPRISE - the cost for the identical trip had BALLOONED to a whopping $795.  2 years ago, I took the same trip and the cost was $296 for FIRST CLASS {I have to be honest here and state that for that trip, 1st Class was a hundred bucks CHEAPER than Coach...I never did figure that one out, but I wasn't complaining!}

So, If any of Y'all have any plans to fly anywhere within the next couple of years, either make your reservations NOW, or take flying lessons since it will probably be cheaper to buy an entire airplane than it will be to rent a seat on one for a few hours.

Police captain orders subordinate to alter police report   Monday, May 05, 2008

A Washington, DC police captain, after colliding with a Metro Transit bus while driving his department vehicle, ordered a subordinate officer, who responded to the scene, to alter his report to indicate that the bus driver was at fault.  This captain is shining a chair with his ass right now, and if he tried to get his subordinate to file a false police report, he should not only be fired, but prosecuted as well.

crazy driver at the mall   Monday, May 05, 2008

I was waiting patiently in the left turn lane (right side of a two lane turn) when the light turned green and I went,  The person on my left side didn't go at first, then she gunned it into the outgoing lanes, on the wrong side of a huge median.  Once she freaked out those drivers she decided to get back into the correct lanes.  But instead of pulling into the first lane, which was empty, she tried to shove over two lanes into the exact spot that I was already in.  Sad to say, I royally cussed her out, but her window was closed.  I think she may have heard me anyways because I was MADDDDDDDDDD.

At no point did I move out of the lane I started out in, and once she did force her way across my lane, nearly hitting the guy behind me too, she got into the parking lot and sped through it, nearly hitting at least one car pulling out of a parking space. That's when I went around a curve and could no longer see her.

Don't know much about the car except that it is a huge gold SUV, and an older woman, 60's maybe, was driving it.  I know that older people get big cars because they feel safer in them (I asked my grandma about it) but if they can't even see a 15 year old, longer model range rover next to them, they don't need to be driving something that big.

I hope she didn't actually hit anyone with her crazy driving...

    Chrysler   Sunday, May 04, 2008

The first thing I noticed, was just about every time I see a car broke down on the highway (unless it is a flat tire) it is a Dodge, Plymouth, or Chrysler.  And there are a lot of them.

Then I noticed that there is ALWAYS Chryslers in almost every rest area, as if they need to pull over to let them rest or to see what is going on at the rest area.

Then I started to notice that whenever there was a car going under the speed limit on the highway holding everyone up, it was again, Chrysler.  I noticed too that at almost every light change to green, where a Chrysler is in front, they don't go until someone honks.  It is like they are always doing something to change the flow of traffic.  Next time you see one (that's moving, not broke down) on the road, watch them try to drive in a straight line.  They weave constantly back and forth.  They throw garbage out the window.  They stop in the middle of intersections.

Time and time again I see them fight to get to the front of a line of traffic, then they slow down and keep pace with the car beside them so nobody can pass.  They will ride along about 10-15 mph below the speed limit until everyone passes them, then they speed up and get in front and do it again.

If they see something happening on the o
